The programs we offer

Parents Support Groups:

Workforce Development Starting in the Home (WFD) is a transformational program that empowers parents—especially mothers—to strengthen their confidence, purpose, and emotional well-being so they can give their best at home and beyond. Through mentorship, practical workforce skills, and guided self-care practices, parents learn to reconnect with themselves and cultivate healthier, more meaningful relationships with their children.

WFD supports parents in nurturing their children’s inner capacities, virtues, and sense of identity—helping them discover who they are, what they can become, and the joy of living with purpose. When parents thrive, children flourish. And when families flourish, entire communities rise.

The Youth Empowerment Opportunity (YEO)

The YEO program is a transformative initiative by Martha Root Community Building MRCB that helps young people discover their inner capacities, build character, and develop the confidence to shape their future with purpose. Through mentorship, hands-on learning, meaningful conversations, and community-based service projects, YEO empowers youth to understand who they are, recognize their strengths and virtues, and become agents of positive change in their families, schools, and neighborhoods.

YEO cultivates purpose-driven, compassionate leaders who uplift their communities and contribute to a more just, hopeful, and united world.
